The location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, St George's Church was within walking distance of the hotel. We were met by amicable, pleasant personnel.

there were an iron, an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment in the room, enjoyed that. city view was an unexpected bonus. location: the hotel was short walk to the city centre as well as shops and restaurants.

it was in a good and excellent location right by restaurants and bars, various bars, and a cafe for breakfast and supermarket. there was cafe jam jar, that i found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Spacious apartments with practical kitchen setups.
I encountered significant difficulty finding the entrance, compounded by unclear signage. The sofa in the apartment had a flat cushion, and the mattress in the master bedroom was uncomfortable. We were surprised when there was no hot water one night.

Overall the room is GREAT-sized, beautifully maintained and includes coffee/tea making equipment, a dining area, and a seating area. The view of the Coventry skyline is great. It has absolutely perfect location for visiting a stupendous museum. A museum and a movie theater are next to the property.
The bathrooms are moldy.

The rooftop area was perfect, and the game room was a fun bonus we enjoyed in the evenings. The only thing I noticed was the sofa could use a bit more cushion, but that didn't impact our great experience one bit 😊

The belgrade plaza serviced is in a great location, right in the center of town, with a multi-storey carpark next door. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, and the friendly check-in staff made it easy for us to drop off our bags early. We really appreciated the strong water pressure in the showers!
